Shipping is by USPS Priority Mail. Lower 48 states ONLY
Return and Refunds:
- All orders placed AFTER the release date of a shoe are allotted 14 days to return the shoes.*
- Refunds are ONLY accepted if you notify us prior to our shipping of your order.
- All orders placed BEFORE the release date of a shoe (pre-order) are allowed to cancel orders until 24 hours before EAST COAST release. If you want to cancel your order after we have your shoes IN HAND, we will enforce a 15% Reselling/Restocking fee.
- Any order cancelled prior to 24 hour deadline will be charged a 8% Reselling/Restocking fee**
- Any order cancelled after 24 hour deadline will be given a partial refund of the purchase price+restocking fee.*
- Any Pre-Order placed within 24 hours of the EST release is NOT guaranteed for shipment. You will receive a full refund.
- PLEASE NOTE: With recent events in the sneaker community, many styles of sneakers have been reduced to more limited quantities. These Limited quantities, as mentioned below, often lead to impossible shipping situations, order cancelations, and things of that nature. If we find that your size is unavailable, we will OFFER you a different size. If you reject this offer, you will then have the option of a refund. This refund is comprised of a 15% restocking fee, 10% cancelation fee, applicable California Tax of 9% AND, if transaction is approved through PayPal, 5% PayPal fee.
